The aim of this research group is to conduct investigations centered on understanding and enhancing the design, development, and implementations of digital learning experiences and tools. We conduct studies focused on interactive multimedia environments, online social communities, and blended/online learning. We are particularly focused on populations in higher education and workplace settings. Some specific factors that we are interested on further investigating are human-computer interaction, sense of community, learning and teaching experiences, motivation factors, and informal learning, amongst others.
